Long time no post. I've been busy rehearsing for the dance competition. Our first performance is next Wednesday. The women are dancing the Jive this week (men are dancing the waltz). JD and I are doing our Jive to Christina Aguilera's "Candyman." I love that JD is willing to dance to some current songs. A lot of the other dance pros seem to stick to the same boring old songs.

So far it's been a lot of fun. JD and I get along really well and have a good partnership. I'm catching on to the Jive pretty quickly so there haven't been any arguments or anything.

Everyone at work is really fascinated by my participation in this contest. A bunch of them are going to come to opening night to cheer me on - including Ben!

Well, time to get back to work. I'll try to post when I can, but I can tell it's going to be very busy as long as I'm in the competition!
