Oh my God! Maybe Ben has been noticing me after all! I'm working full days this week while Heidi is on vacation and Ann just came up to me with some interesting news. She's having a party on Friday and invited everyone in the office. She was complaining at lunch today that Ben hadn't responded so she tracked him down a little while ago. She asked if he was going to attend. Apparently he asked her who else would be there, and the minute she said my name he agreed to go! That's got to be a good sign, right?

Oh, I hope, I hope, I hope it's a good sign. I know I should be careful. I know my track record has been less than desirable lately and I know that he just broke up with a long time girlfriend, but I really, really hope it's a good sign.

So, anyway, it's so weird working full days. I'm just not used to it. The boss is also on vacation so it's really slow around here. Everyone is ready for the long weekend and it's only Monday. I'm just trying to enjoy the extended opportunities I have to be around Ben. :)
